Upon your arrival to Xinalani, a late afternoon hatha practice will be offered followed by libations and dinner. You'll enjoy 2 yoga classes daily, and morning meditation. Wednesday is a day to book trips, whale watch; or sit by the ocean and chill out. In addition, we will offer a posture workshop so you can practice alignment and get one on one help with your yoga poses. The daily classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow, Modo Series, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, and Yin. Each day we alternate between a heated studio and an open air studio. Both studios provide the ideal ambiance for your yoga practice. Yoga mats, blocks, straps, and towels are provided by Xinalani. There are water stations around the entire property as well as the yoga rooms; so don't forget to bring your favorite water bottle!
The beach club: During the day take in the sun on the stylish terrace, the ideal place to relax on the beach. In the evenings it’s the perfect place to gather with your friends on the sand under the moon light. Let us arrange a really nice old school setting for an unforgettable night around the bonfire. Parties on the beach create meaningful memories. Our waiters will make sure you get what you need from the bar, for when the wine is in the wit is out. Get high on life! Talk to strangers. You’ll quickly realize that you’re surrounded with amazing people. Successful people are often grateful for random encounters that expanded their lives! Dance and celebrate life through your stay with us.
The spa: Indulge your senses with our spa and beauty treatments that will give lightness to your heart and do wonders for your body and soul. Our three cabins and outdoor shower are facing the ocean, the subtle sound of the waves provides a magnificent sense of peace and tranquility. Open from 10 am to 5 pm. We offer a wide range of massages and treatments to soothe the soul.
TEMAZCAL build self-power, take the challenge of mindfulness. A temazcal is a type of sweat lodge which originated in ancient Mexico with pre-hispanic indigenous civilizations. We offer an intense ritual that will challenge your body and train your mind for higher self-power. The word temazcal comes from the Nahuatl word temazcalli (house of heat). In Mesoamerica it was used as part of elite warriors and athletes’ routines before and after battles or imperial ball games. It was also used by healers to cure the sick, or to help women give birth. During this solemn and symbolic ceremony, a Shaman will guide you through the ancient protocol and invoke the four elements to purify your mind, body and soul. Challenge your senses, and inherit an ancient wisdom that will propel you forward, day after day.
