Brandyn and Robyn will begin your day with a daily meditation class with the sounds of ocean waves in the background.  After a light breakfast- your first yoga practice will begin.  A 90 minute heated yoga practice taught in the traditions of Moksha/Modo Series (by Brandyn) or a Vinyasa Flow (by Robyn). After class- brunch is served buffet style for you to enjoy!  The rest of the day is your's - lay by the beach, enjoy spa treatments, surf, paddle board or take a day trip into Puerta Vallarta!  In the late afternoon- a yin style or hatha style practice will be offered.  Dinner is served next to candles in an outdoor setting; so bring a light shawl  to cover up!

Nickname: Pea. Short for sweet pea, given to me by my hubby 13 years ago.  Describe yourself in 3 words: spunky, committed, loving. The yoga classes I teach are: challenging, invigorating, & inspiring with a big dose of playfulness. I practice yoga because: it is the roots from which my life grows. I teach yoga because: it keeps me honest and accountable to do the work of yoga both on and off my mat. The community inspires me and reminds me of what being a student of yoga really looks like. Ultimately I believe I am called to live a life of service by fully sharing what I love...and I love the practice of yoga. I amcommitted to: gratitude and joy-not taking life for granted.
